– Our main office is based just North of Gretna Green, our collection point is just south of Gretna Green. All details will be provided upon booking.
How do I book my Getaway?
– if you click the “enquire now” button and fill in all the details with the selected dates you would require for your getaway.
Can you deliver the motorhome to me?
– unfortunately it’s collection only, we have a fenced-off car park in which you can leave your car/s, we also have 24hours CCTV.
Do you allow dogs?
– yes we allow extremely well-behaved dogs (2 max) all seats must be covered at all times.
Do you cover EU travel?
– yes we are insured for EU travel. Please inform us of your intentions as we may need to contact the insurance company.
Will we be shown how to operate the motorhome.
– yes we will give a full demonstration on how to operate the motorhome before you set off, we will also provide you with a usb stick which has a video going through all the steps.
What happens if we damage the motorhome?
– We understand accidents happen, we ask you to inform us straight away if it’s to the actual motorhome itself. Any items broken can be noted on the honesty sheet provided, this will stop any additional charges.
